Développer par le biais de la natation de compétition, une meilleure condition physique, l'esprit d’équipe et de camaraderie ainsi que le sens des responsabilités et de la discipline. Favoriser la participation des jeunes au programme compétitif en respectant le vouloir et la capacité individuelle des nageurs.
